Hello! I’m Emma.

I’m a certified coach, founder of ReRoom, and mum to Otis.
I knew I’d always want more to my identity than just ‘mum.’
But I also didn’t want to burn out trying to hold onto the person I used to be while managing the invisible mental load of everyday life, and ultimately being no good to anyone: mum, partner, or team.
Motherhood transforms everything, especially for high-achieving women.
It doesn’t take your ambition away, but it does challenge the way you’ve always expressed it. The pace that once felt motivating can start to feel draining. The measures of success you worked so hard for no longer quite fit.
For me, it sparked a pull toward work that felt genuinely meaningful.
Worthwhile enough to step away from my son, energizing to return to him, and capable of building the life and routines I wanted for my family and myself – the kind that weren’t just impressive on paper but actually felt good.
Before becoming a mum, I spent years leading teams as a Creative Operations Director in fashion, operating in high-pressure environments and building a career I’m deeply proud of. I know what ambitious women are capable of, and I also know the cost of constantly pushing without recalibration.
Learning about matrescence was a turning point.
It gave language to what I was experiencing and permission to stop resisting the change. To reassess boundaries, energy, and expectations. To redefine ambition in a way that felt sustainable
Alongside my corporate role, I was already deep into my own coaching journey.
Motherhood didn’t change my direction, it just clarified it, and gave me the guts to actually follow it.
Now, as a certified coach, I work with ambitious women navigating their own matrescence. Women who don’t want to abandon their ambition, but refuse to sacrifice themselves to it. Together, we create clarity around who you’re becoming, redefine success on your terms, and build a way forward that feels genuinely aligned with your life now.
