Hello! I’m Emma

I’m a certified coach, former corporate leader, and first-time mum who’s taken the leap, faced the “what-ifs,” and found more clarity (and a lot more contentment) on the other side.

My journey kicked off with a big move abroad. I built a corporate career I was proud of – titles, promotions, the works. On paper, it all looked great. But if I’m honest, it didn’t always feel as good as it looked.

I had the success, but not the headspace.

Where I really found my groove was in moments of transition; new roles, team restructures, shifting priorities. I loved helping others find clarity in the chaos, spot the opportunity, and keep moving. That was the part that felt meaningful. Not the ladder. Not the titles. I wanted more of that.

Then came motherhood; chaotic, beautiful, and wildly perspective-shifting. Somewhere in the middle of it all, I dove deeper into coaching. And something clicked: this wasn’t just a skill to help me lead better, it was the work I wanted to do. To help myself and others navigate identity shifts – that felt purposeful, human and real.

So with a fresh perspective and a fair bit of courage, I made the leap.

It wasn’t just a career change, it was a total life overhaul, a leap into entrepreneurship, and a shift toward work that felt like me.

Coaching isn’t just for career-changers. It’s for lifestyle upgrades and identity shakeups. New parents navigating big shifts and little people. New leaders facing self-doubt and big people. It’s for building your own thing, or finding your way back after time away. It’s for anyone navigating change, big or small, and wanting to tackle it with more clarity, less second-guessing, and a stronger sense of self along the way.

I’ve been the client, I’ve become the coach, and I know firsthand how powerful this work can be.
